In zathganastan we have three types of internet one for civilian usage which is completely independent, having very few restrictions on what people can and can't post. The other a group of servers in use of private companies ,other ISP's, and civilians rich enough to own their own server. The finale version is government owned with only authorized government and military officials being able to access it.

:geek: The funny about #3 is that U.S. military invented it to do the same thing, but it got very popular and people wanted the internet to be open to the world...

The internet in Communism Foresver is full of websites that belong only to those who can afford it or the government. Our internet is full of government propaganda and pro communist advice :( . Also the government owns all the internet and to pay for it is full of ads and weird pop ups that dont seem to be able to be closed.

The only regulation we have on the internet is net neutrality. Both government and private organizations provide internet service. The country's entire information grid is designed to have redundant components, and to be very difficult to shut down.

No national regulation regarding communication and access to information of any kind. Individual communities decide that for themselves, with most quite unconcerned with matter of internet access and the internet itself.

In Enatai and Shota Island, the internet is almost entirely unregulated. All porn, assuming it was made consensually, is legal to view, even in public. Peer-to-peer services such as BitTorrent are legal, and most of our citizens are okay with it so long as we still generate a good amount of revenue from international sales of our usually adult entertainment. Net neutrality has been the law for a while now, and the government actually only runs one or two sites and doesn't regulate any others, though if there have been reports of potential uprisings being organized on a website, we would go ahead and investigate and potentially shut it down (We defend the people's rights, but our government is not negotiable.).

Internet neutrality is encouraged by the government of Minroz. However normal laws still apply, like for piracy, fraud, and other crimes. In SPAM case, the government restrict it only for advertising only.

But the internet is regularly monitored by the State Security Agencies.

Censorship is illegal as per article of the Constitution.

A Directive of the Supreme Soviet specifies further that any copyright-laws and directives are abolished, which results in the odd foreign company getting told to go f*** itself.

Everyone has access to all content. Censorship is unconstitutional.

All porn is banned, only one e-mail serive is allowed and that is owned by the government, We have our own version of Netflix. Only PC's are allowed becasue that is what the King likes.

What are the rights on the use of the Internet in your nation?

All porn is absolutely allowed. Free Information Act permits no such things as "great firewall". There is one state internet company but its Chairman is elected by the people(every business exec in the Union is elected).

A decree started in Niishima made it possible for Seviishima to establish a law in which every citizen should be allowed to have a device that allows him/her to connect to the internet.
Internet access is, therefore, obligatory by law and subsided by the government. There are private companies that provide internet, but mostly for business, providing extra security and protection for their data.
We manage an internal Internet which provides a link to all Pokemon Centers for long range transfers, a household version which is free of censorship and runs around 100Mbps and our Industrial version (beta) that runs at 10Gbps. This last one is provided to the companies at a base price, which competes against the other privately owned ISP providers.

However, some still use the more traditional "Pidgeot Express" for packaging and messaging.

The internet is not restricted in any way. Police operations on the internet concern only the monitoring of illegal or extremist sites, such as forums which are used to recruit terrorists.
