Also Mesairien has a number of smaller Nations as Vassal states under the Mesairien Commonwealth, these Nations provide 2% GDP to the Mesairien Military budget as they are entirely dependent on the home isles for defence. This equates to a full military budget of about 95 Billion (Mesairien spends 2.5% of its own GDP).
