Telegram me things you want me to put in the "Codex Imperialis"
The Holy Solar Empire (or simply 'the Empire') is a FFT interstellar federal empire that is attempting to restore galactic civilization in the wake of the apocalypse while simultaneously having to fend off hordes of literal demons. The setting is a horrid Frankenstein of numerous Sci-Fi Universes (predominantly 40k and Doctor Who/Faction Paradox).
NS Stats are for nerds. I don't use them and neither should you (if you must, use stats as an indicator of the "average Civilized World"). With that said, according to this index, the Victoran Empire is a Tier 10, Level 8, Type 9 civilization with a Power Comparator of 3.9

Corporate Police State

Poltics:
1. Are members of political bodies of your nation elected? No. They are selected by the Nationalist Party, but fake elections are held to make an illusion of democracy. The elections are held more or less to see who is rebellious and who is not, and those who vote for opposition candidates are monitored extensively.
2. Who can vote? Technically every male over 21 can participate in the false elections, but they are monitored to make sure they vote for the Nationalist Party.
3. It is possible to create new political party? Not legally. All opposition parties are organized in secret and being caught leading an opposition party is a capital crime.
4. Are some ideologies banned? If yes, list banned ideologies: Communism, Socialism, Anarchism, Libertarianism, Progressivism, Environmentalism, Green Politics, Pacifism, Internationalism, Liberalism, Pink-Capitalism, Social Democracy, etc.(basically every ideology economically/socially left of President Ekhon Numik)
5. Do your nation have any kind of secret police? Yes. The KFSA is an organized bureau of elite security forces who monitor the populace and 'disappear' anyo political threat.
6. Who held more power? Individual (president, king, etc.) or political institutions (parliament, nobles, etc.) The President holds a whopping amount of power following the purges and consolidation during the late 1990s.
7. How much is your nation centralised? (use the scale 1 to 10; 1 - Completely Decentralized Confederation, 10 - Centralized Unitary System) 9

Social Freedom:
1. Are rights of every citizen equal? No
2. Can citizens held personnel property? Yes, but they are not allowed if they are a political prisoner.
3. Can citizens obtain weapons? Depends. If they are suspected of 'communist sympathy', they are barred from gun rights. If they are loyal to the government, they can have as many guns they want.
4. Are drugs legal? No. To even suggest legalization is punishable by imprisonment.
5. Is abortion legal? No. It is punishable by death.
6. Is polygamy legal? No.
7. Is homosexuality legal? No, it is punishable by death. Atleast 5,000+ people have been executed for homosexuality since 2004.
8. Is your nation secular? Definitely not. Separation of Church and State has been severely eroded under Numik, allowing for laws against blasphemy, homosexuality and atheism to be made.
9. How much power goverment held?(use the scale 1 to 10; 1 - Government does not exist, 10 - Government control every aspect of public and private life) 8.5, the government has control over most aspects of life, the only exception being in the economy which is dominated by pro-government megacorporations.

Economics:

1. Can citizens held private property? Yes.
2. Do your nation have taxes? Yes, but it varies, ranging from extremely high for the poor to nonexistent for the billionaire class. The government practices an extreme and twisted form of trickle down economics which is meant to 'force people to be rich' by making life for the poor as miserable as possible.
3. Please list most important taxes: "Patriotic Tax"(taxes which are for 'national glory' and go directly to military), "Anti-laziness tax"(high tax on less wealthy people to 'force them into working harder'), Income tax(decreases based on wealth, pretty much the opposite of a progressive tax)
4. How large is part of economy strength (or GDP) generated by goverment and state-owned industry? (%) 2%
5. How large is part of economy strength (or GDP) generated by private industry? (%) 98%
6. How large is part of economy strength (or GDP) generated by collectively owned industry? (%) 0%
7. Does exist state-owned industry in your nation? It is mostly nonexistent. Instead there are pro-government megacorporations which have gained a monopoly on their enterprise thanks to the current government.
8. How much is private industry resrticted?(use the scale 1 to 10; 1 - Completely unrestricted, 10 - State-owned only) 2. The only economic restrictions are against 'degeneracy' and 'political wrongthink'. Basically, the only restrictions are against companies promoting progressive ideas and against companies criticizing the state. However, the current Presidnet is extremely popular among the wealthy, reducing the need of regulations.
9. How much is private banking sector restricted?(use the scale 1 to 10; 1 - Completely unrestricted, 10 - State-owned only) 2
10. How much is private education sector restricted?(use the scale 1 to 10; 1 - Private enterprise only, 10 - State-owned only) 2
11. How much is private healthcare sector restricted?(use the scale 1 to 10; 1 - Private enterprise only, 10 - State-owned only) 2

Overall my state is Authoritarian Right

Poltics:
1. Are members of political bodies of your nation elected? No, a technocratic autocracy is in place.
2. Who can vote? No one - though anyone may participate in government functions.
3. It is possible to create new political party? Yes.
4. Are some ideologies banned? If yes, list banned ideologies: YES. Anyone who is not strongly in support of chaos, anarchy, militarization, exploitation, and science is not allowed to join the Disorder.
5. Do your nation have any kind of secret police? No one really knows. But if such a secret police force does exist, they're not doing much of anything. Decentralized telepathic internet & freedom of speech do exist, so it would be nearly impossible to cover up the existence of secret police. Recruitment screening exists, but they mostly just tell people: "No, you can't join us."
6. Who held more power? Individual (president, king, etc.) or political institutions (parliament, nobles, etc.) Political institution. A 'Science Council' of hyperintellects wield most political power, just because they're so damned good at managing the economy.
7. How much is your nation centralised? (use the scale 1 to 10; 1 - Completely Decentralized Confederation, 10 - Centralized Unitary System) 2 - Citizens have almost complete autonomy, and law barely exists.

Social Freedom:
1. Are rights of every citizen equal? Yes. Except for noncitizen-slaves. But they're not citizens, are they?
2. Can citizens held personnel property? Yes.
3. Can citizens obtain weapons? Military weapons are freely available for public use.
4. Are drugs legal? Yes, without limit. Use of mind-altering substances for recreational and occupational use is extremely common.
5. Is abortion legal? Yes. In fact, population growth by reproduction is illegal. The Disorder has achieved a form of limited immortality via cloning.
6. Is polygamy legal? Yes. Marriage is none of the government's business.
7. Is homosexuality legal? Yes. It is a society of incredibly diverse alien monsters. Sex is none of the government's business.
8. Is your nation secular? Yes. Worship is not explicitly illegal, but it's widely known that study of ACTUAL science and magic is way more useful than praying to gods that won't even grant you superpowers.
9. How much power goverment held?(use the scale 1 to 10; 1 - Government does not exist, 10 - Government control every aspect of public and private life) 2 - Government manages most industrial production but has very little political power.

Economics:

1. Can citizens held private property? Yes.
2. Do your nation have taxes? Yes
3. Please list most important taxes: Material donation is a type of tax imposed on raw materials harvested. Scientific donation and industrial donation are types of taxes, where the government may use privately-owned scientific or industrial equipment for a percentage of time. Military donation is a type of tax where the government may use privately-owned weapons & starships for a percentage of time.
4. How large is part of economy strength (or GDP) generated by goverment and state-owned industry? (%) 87%
5. How large is part of economy strength (or GDP) generated by private industry? (%) 13%
6. How large is part of economy strength (or GDP) generated by collectively owned industry? (%) 0%
7. Does exist state-owned industry in your nation? Yes
8. How much is private industry resrticted?(use the scale 1 to 10; 1 - Completely unrestricted, 10 - State-owned only) 2 - 'Taxes' exist, but other than that, private industry is free to build literally whatever they want. Private industry is considered essential, because if it begins to outperform state industry, this signals that inefficiency exists in the public sector, and the procedures and equations need revised to establish parity.
