The city of Rotsushima was rebuilt in 4 years and cleared of any and all radiation in a month. Nomayuki conquered everything east of the Ural Mountains and then converted the "barren winter wasteland" into an arable land with arable climate and multiple people, even on the mountains. So when it comes to the capital city, it's 10 on the scale, but the rest of Atlantis is low on the scale (albeit the Mehbelmok occured as a consequence of a discharge from the Heart of Atlantis). Atlantis Nedakh has an Air Force consisting of the Ketak ('flying fish'): fish-shaped vehicles that you fly by inserting the healing blue crystal connected to the Heart of Atlantis into the front of the control panel and turn it with your hand layed upon the control panel. The country does well for itself food-wise; local marketplaces are a staple of Aaaaaan life and culture. However, in 2023 Aurnvon formally "dissolved" Aaaaaa's acting government, and by extension, it's army. Organizationally speaking, it still exists, and has grown to over 1000 men and women as Aurnvon's war against Lievue continues. This isn't counting the many different splinter groups and offshoots who are also claiming the name of "Aaaaaa's Army". Aaaaaans, civilian or military, have access to a large amount of guns, including assault rifles and machine guns, although these are typically older rifles from the 50s, 60s and 70s.
