There is no age limit for marriage, but JOY unit assigns life partners to all Citizens, so no-one is married before they are believed to be ready. Sex outside of marriage is strictly illegal, but again, there is no real age limit.

According to resolution §14-9 (2XXX-01-11) as voted by the people, everyone of any age is free to do whatever they want with their bodies, which specifically includes the use of any type of drug (alcohol, tobacco and other recreational drugs).

§9-1 (2XXX-08-03) states that anyone of any age is free to use public roads for transportation of anything, as long as they don't block the roads for other trafficants (which constitutes as a misdemeanor and as such may be punished by 10 to 20 lashes in public followed by 24 to 48 hours in the pillory). Merely driving slowly does not count as blocking the road. There is no specific law which enforces what side of the road to drive on but it's encouraged to drive on the right side; however, this has been a bit of a problem lately, so the people will vote about it in february.

If a citizen would commit a crime while doing any of this irresponsibly (for example killing or crippling someone while driving under the influence), that person will be considered to have acted intentionally and is thus subject to a criminal charge. Since the punishment for all crimes is death by a shot to the neck (called neckshot in Swespeak, which also entails the mummification and public display of the severed head), there are no repeat offenders in Swesoc and people tend to do drive and use recreational drugs responsibly.

Gambling is unconditionally legal.

Any type of weapon is also free for anyone to own and use responsibly. It should be noted that killing someone is not a crime if the victim himself is a criminal at the time of the victim being killed - then one may collect a reward of up to 2'000 7.62 mm (short) FMJs, encouraging vigilantism. Killing criminals is a fun activity for any age and people are encouraged to take part in the public executions.

The age of sexual consent is 15. To have sex with someone under the age of 15 constitutes as statutory rape which is a crime, unless both are under 15. Having sex with someone under the age of 12 is juvenile rape, which is a separate crime and thus a person who is 12 to 15 can be executed for having sex with someone under the age of 12. If both offenders are too young it's a misdemeanor and punishable by flogging and pillory as usual.
