His Majesty's Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary in Aumbura

The Kingdom of Madrinet was profoundly disappointed to learn of the recent nuclear weapons test conducted by Aumbura in connection with its defence policy. His Majesty, pursuant to His anti-nuclear peace policy, has continually warned foreign governments and officials of the danger in any further step in international policy that increases the threat of war. The conclusion of the test by no means adds to Aumburan security; on the contrary, it can only increase the likelihood of a world-spanning catastrophe which would be the inevitable result of any use of nuclear weapons.
