It is recognised as a subsidiary universal right connected with the freedom of information and freedom of expression (100 Basic Law of the Union of Nova Universo 2022, Chapter 1, Article 1, Sub-article 39; 201 Organic Law of Human Rights and Freedoms 2022 Chapter 1, Article 1).
