Child Rights Groups and Youth Activists from Militant Groups such as the Communist Party of the Fatiman Federation and Makabayan Fatimanya has Demonstrated at the Front of the Philippine Embassy to Denounce Duterte's "No Vaccine, No Classes" Policy and the Enforcement Guidelines (or Age Restrictions) against Minors under 18 (or 15 in Low-Risk Areas, Formerly 21 in the Whole Country) to Restore their Mental health and even their Physical Health, which the Philippine Government has Allegedly used the "Age Restriction" Policy to Commit Child's Rights Violations and Using Minors as a "Tool" to Promote Human Rights Violations.

Previously, Philippines has Implemented it's Age Restrictions for Minors under 18 (or 15 in Low-Risk Areas, Formerly 21) and Seniors over 65 (Formerly 60) to Contain the Spread of COVID-19, Although it has been Criticized by Filipinos by Claiming it "Ineffective", While Fatimanians say that this was a "Ingenious" Way to Contain the Spread of COVID-19. However, Some Child Rights Groups and Youth Activists from Militant Parties condemn this Practice since it may Harm their Mental Health and Physical Health of the Filipino Youth, while Filipino Seniors Follow the Guidelines since they can Understand the Rule, While Minors and their Parents cannot Understand the Rule. Communist Party of the Fatiman Federation has Created it's Proposed Law, the Philippine Child Rights Act, which Cancels and Suspends any Defense, Trade and Education Agreements, and Diplomatic Relations between Fatimania and Philippines until the Duterte Administration resumed Face-to-face Classes and Allowed Minors to Leave their Homes without any Problem, but with some "Limited Provisions".

The Practice has been Compared to the Holocaust but without the Massacres and Killings against Jews, While Far-Right Groups Called the Filipino Youth's Disregarding and Ignorance of Enforcement Guidelines, and Stupidity as a Sign of "American Imperialism", But Fatimanian Child Psychiatrists denied these Claims on those Behaviours since "it has Nothing to do with the United States or Their American Imperialism".

Once Again, they've Used UNICEF's Urging of Governments to Reopen Physical Classes around the Country to Protest this Practice of Preventing the Spread of COVID-19. And they called the Fatimanian Parliament to Rush the Proposed Law in order to Implement it Quickly, but Senate President Henry Defensor has no Comments for these Protests. Meanwhile, The Protests has been Supported by the Minority of PSDF Members, but All of the Fatimanian Parties hasn't supported this Protest except for CPFF and other Militant Parties.

Student Activist from Miriam College High School Elissa Mariel Cuseta has Finally Visited the President of the Fatiman Federation, President Jeannie Daza while she was Visiting the Presidential Palace Alone for the First Time, which President Jeannie Daza and Elissa Mariel Cuseta Discussed about the Issues in Filipino Youth's Mental Health during the Pandemic and the Proposed Law that the Communist Party of the Fatiman Federation has Made, the Philippine Child Rights Act that would Suspend by Defense, Military, Economic and Education Agreements between Fatimania and Philippines unless Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has Allowed Minors to Leave their Homes and Face-to-face Classes might be Resumed, but Minors might have "Limited Provisions" when they Leave their Homes.

President Jeannie Daza has Stated that some of the Provisions of this Law might needed to be Vetoed because it might Harm the Historic Fatimanian-Philippine Relations, and also Harming the Student Exchanges for Fatimanian Students to Philippines and then for Filipino Students to Fatimania, which it may have a Huge Impact to the Filipino Education Industry, even for Prestigious Philippine Schools like Ateneo might be also Affected by the Embargo.

The Two Sides Agreed that the Proposed Law (or Bill) might be Discussed in a Public Poll before it was being Forced into Implementation, but it also Requires an Debate from the Congress Members, Senators and Secretariat Members of the Fatimanian Parliament because it was still being in Discussion Regarding this Proposed Law.
