Our reason for changing the requested location of your embassy is because no clear explenation - or what so ever - has been provided by your government about why your diplomatic mission would need any extra police protection. Though we are aware of the MNPLA our Intelligence Agencies confirm that the threat level - of said terrorist organization - within the US is basically Non-existing to little and the chance of an attack is very low.

Beside that we are however also very pleased to inform you that your special requests has also been granted. One single apartment can be created within the chancery to serve as residence of the Ambassador and his wife. Unfortunetaly we cannot host all staff at the chancery but the State department will try to assist in finding appropriate housing for all staffmembers, diplomats and their families.

Biography Ambassador: Ruan is a Kagiran-born Glaswegistani Diplomatic Affairs worker, who has worked in the Party for 20 Years (not counting part time work done prior to his full time employment in the Diplomatic Affairs Department), exclusively within the Diplomatic Affairs Department. Born in 1967 on Yanzhao, Ruan came from an industrial background; both of his parents were shipyard workers for Wakahisa Shipwrights, otherwise known as the Imperial Company; Ruan attended a local primary school and a local Grammar School, but did not move on to a University level education for four years after finishing his time in grammar school, instead he worked part time in the Diplomatic Affairs Department in a local office, keeping minutes of a local committee meeting, whilst his primary job was as a Clerk in the Shipyard his parents worked in.

After four years of this, Ruan found his way into the Kagirawa Imperial College, and after an additional four years he graduated with a degree in Politics, International Relations and Imperial Studies, he met his future wife, Anghkor Tola, in this period. He then worked on various Diplomatic Affairs Councils from 1993 to 2002, all of which were located on Kagirawa itself and mostly focused on internal Diplomatic Affairs, however Ruan was reassigned to working on an external Diplomatic Affairs team from 2002 to 2010, specifically a team tasked with dialogue on diplomacy with the Albiner United Territories in the aftermath of the St. Kevin’s Day Bombings, although Ruan did not play an important public role here, he was acknowledged by the Diplomatic Affairs Office as having been an effective worker, and was praised for giving very little ground to Albiner interests in any negotiations he took part in, although this was typical of many Glaswegistani Diplomatic Affairs workers who took part in talks in the aftermath of the St. Kevin’s day attacks. Following this, he volunteered for a place on the Ambassadorial Candidate List, and was voted into the position of Ambassador in mid-2012, but was assigned as part of a general group of Ambassadorial Candidates being mobilized for Diplomatic service in various Stonewall Alliance states; he was later put forward as the Candidate for Ambassador to Noordeinde in April 2013, although this post is conditional upon the embassy application to Noordeinde being accepted.

It is customary for the Party to hold a brief opening ceremony for new Embassies in foreign countries; usually, the Security Staff will march through the streets to the Embassy site, preferably whilst bearing their security armaments (although these may be unloaded, and in extreme cases of the local government objecting to the practice, they may forgo carrying their armaments, although in these cases it is still highly frowned upon for the Captain of the Guard to be forbidden to carry a Sword in the procession). Upon reaching the building, the Captain of the Guard allows the Ambassador access to the building after the Captain is dismissed by the Ambassador at the Embassy entrance. The Captain of the Guard then oversees the raising of the flag (if no flagpole is available, the flag may be hung above the door of the building). This ceremony is subject to negotiation, if any of its component practices are found to be extremely objectionable under local law, however the Party would strongly prefer that it go ahead as a matter of tradition.

It is also customary for Thistles to be brought into the Embassy and planted on the grounds or placed in suitable locations within the Embassy. Should the thistles be found to conflict with local flora laws, they may be replaced by stylized representations of the thistle, or of the mammoth, placed in suitable locations around the embassy.

The Party would also cordially invite the United States of Noordeinde to set up an Embassy in the Federal Republic of Glaswegistan, via the Embassy Programme the Party maintains.
