Force Integration and Required Standardization of Technology Act A Proposal to Improve the Inter-Operational Military Efficiency of Member States Category: Military Proposed By: Grand Britannia Description: To the Neko Grand Council RECOGNIZING that the aim of the INAF is to provide a safe heaven for humanoid cat-human hybrids known as "Neko" from possible threats; NOTING that, as it stands, the collective military force of the INAF is currently too decentralized, lacking a proper organizational structure, highly unresponsive as combined forces, and lacking interoperability across the entire spectrum of their armed forces; FURTHER NOTING that these flaws could prove catastrophic should a serious threat present itself against the allied forces; URGES the Neko Grand Council to perform the following:
MANDATES that no member state be restricted passage through each other waters under normal circumstances or without a justifiable reason; REQUIRES all member states to share or offer their technological advancements in warfare to the other members of the alliance in order to foster trust and collective power. MANDATES that member states restrict private military entities from operating illegally within the borders of other member states. DEFINES 'Vital military aspects" as anything that might hamper the logistic capabilities of the alliance, including but not limited to weapon cartridges, guided missiles, cannon shells, rockets, mortars, and torpedoes.
