Why don't we just keep the RP going for as long as possible?
Because all things must end eventually. Better to have memories of an awesome RP that actually ended, than an RP that never stopped when it should have and pettered out due to loss of interest. Dragging it out like you propose will only lead to a slow horrible painful death to the RP, as has happened countless times before.
Act IV is the rise of Snowflake and the fall of Mentar and the war with Rome
Act V is the battle with Omega
So far, yes.
Act VI could be the hunting down of the four fiends?
Why would Omega be defeated before the fiends? Especially when he will order them to the front lines to stop Rome, and Rome obviously will have the ability to take them down.
Act VII could be maybe the future of the supers, like how their life has panned out after defeating HUNT / being defeated by the rogues?
While a great idea for a few posts, maybe a get-together bash in the future, there isn't much there to make for interesting roleplay for a whole thread.
Act VIII could be the death of one of the major characters and how the others react. Annie can see ghosts so she could be a crucial part of the stories?
Act XI could be someone that goes back in time to try and stop the defeat of HUNT?
Those would be better executed, incorporated into the present. One major character is already on his way out.
These are all just ideas so feel free to develop on them! I just really enjoy role playing as Snowflake and don't want it to end lol
And their good ideas that already exist. You don't have to stop role playing with Snowflake. Move her on to another RP. Bring her over to The Bureaucracy via a time/space anomally. Bring her over via one of my three gods. Have Alpha Nasagori kidnap her after Omega's defeat.
This story is ending, but hers is just beginning.
