He's Reznov's first target. Since he is the main one that has a chance at killing him. With him being able to replicate powers and all.

Well I actually don't know where to go from here either. Perhaps Lisa gets Jean to the hospital, she's healed him considerably and put guaze/bandages or whatever on his wounds, he's stable and she distracts the doctors while Card gets Jean out of the hospital, and takes him home. Then everyone has their reactions to the incident, speculating what really happened, but not knowing since Jean's the only one who knows. Reznov shows up, acts all nice, gives the group false information, then the ambush commences. As you all are battling the hunter-killers and soldiers Jean has another disturbing dream that wakes him up out of his coma, he is confused, disoriented and hears gunfire or something. Investigates and finds the house completely empty, finds y'all in the midst of battle. Something like that.
