Our officers are apt to do that..thats why we have to have so many Reservists and Warrant Officers do so much admin, and fly the more...mundane craft...cause every God damn fighter pilot is trying to get some combat experience, so they're the best man or woman on the roster.

Now, I KNOW thats terrible in terms of doctrine and tactics.

One of the reasons I get sooo effing mad at the RPers on NS that are here to "win" is that I don't RP to win...I RP to tell a good story. I also enjoy fuck ups

I direct your attention to Monsoon Thunder. Though to be fair...that was the politicians fault MORE than the military's fault. The Iranian Hostage thing back int he 70's is anther one. I mean, don't get me wrong, I have great respect for the military...but...its run by people...and sometimes...people do stupid things...
