No.

Oh, why?

The admins don't generally make changes to the game code on request unless there is clear justification for it. One example would be splitting the GA and SC voting floors - a large number of players (from both the GA and SC) gave evidence that the WA would work better that way.

If you think of an idea that you think would improve the game, then you should provide justification. Otherwise why should the Admins pay any attention to your idea?

Also, note that just because there may well be justification for a particular idea, it doesn't mean that the admins will work on it. The game code has been patched countless times, and some ideas are simply outside of the capabilities of the engine.

For further information on why we have the current 2 updates, have a look over this thread: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2923

Could we establish a central NS time. You might try to refer to term limits ect. And in resolutions (maybe). Just to be able to say at 7:00PM rather than at 7:00 PM CDST

What did I say about suggesting things that sound interesting instead of things you actually need? Until you have a real use case for something, please keep ideas to yourself. If there is a reason that you, personally, actually need a feature, then say it.

Because Max said so. It's explicitly part of his concept of the game.

It's controlling a statistical detail regarding the nation. Max is very much against that. If you want to play around with min-maxing stats, there are plenty of "run a kingdom" games out there where you can adjust your stats to your heart's content.

I've got one for you, Pythagosaurus. Forgive me if it's been suggested before. When you guys start working on revamping the TG system, could you consider adding an option where you can only receive telegrams from nations in your dossier, or some similar whitelist?

It would help me, at least, when I try and do something daring... like "repealing education". It never seems to fail that when I do crap like this, I get TGs like, "How can you be against education?". Or "I really pity you for not having a life." I'm sure other people would have some use for a feature like this.

What about a Kalasparata tag? (Follow link in example tag)
And a button that'll get you from here Kalasparata to here. It should go both ways instead of just one!

It should be fairly easy if the link to the profile ended with your nation name (Kalasparata), instead of your profile ID (63096). However, that is not the case; if it's possible, it would probably take one of the techies to do it.

A "Sent" Telegram section?

Postby Maurepas » Tue May 18, 2010 12:33 am

Idk if this has been suggested already, but, It has occurred to me over the past few days that this would be a good function for NS, as I've sent several Telegrams, yet, not long afterwards I can't remember exactly what I sent(or if I had even sent it at all), and it would be nice to be able to look at a listing of what TG's I'd sent...

Speaking as someone who's been involved with TG campaigns in the past, I really wouldn't like to see this instituted. WA play, when it moves to TGs, should include all TGs. If you've put your name to a proposal/repeal, you ought to be prepared to have people contact you about it.

It doesn't really affect TG campaigns. Who you send a TG to is up to that person, not you. As for contacting resolution authors: there is a topic for each resolution in the forums. The voting page directs players to the forums to debate the resolution. The discussion of a resolution is not meant to take place through telegrams, especially considering the limited amount of telegrams you can have in your inbox.

How does it not affect TG campaigns? If a delegate chooses to only receive TGs from certain nations and you're not on that list, you won't be able to TG them to ask that they approve your proposal.

And if they do so, then they obviously don't want to receive your telegrams. Nobody is obligated to receive campaign TGs. The status quo on that wouldn't change at all, so it does not affect it at all.

yah like this:

or this:
motto: motto
or this:
motto: motto
or even this:

Even though it is bolded still it needs to be more official
