A long haired man crashes through the roof of the saloon and raises his hands up in the air before jumping out the window almost as quickly as he came in.

A 25 year old man man with two swords strapped across his back a scar across his left eye and two guns strapped to his legs walks in and take a seat and orders strawberry lemonade

Vi walks in. "The usual, please." She hands the bartender the tablet.

Ashtyn sighed. The place was empty save for a few workers. How lonely. Ashtyn signalled for Mister Mouffan, dropping a few dollar bills on the table. "Pass me a drink, would ya?" The bartended complied and happily poured a glass of orange juice with a hint of mango.

Ashtyn sipped it slowly. "You make some dang good juice, Mouf. Hey Fonty!" Mister Fontaine's ears perked up. "Play us something slow. Some background noise will help me think." Fonty, as Ashtyn always called him, started playing. "This is one from my childhood," said Fonty. "Really takes me back." Sweet, soothing notes put Ashtyn in a daze. "Good music, innit?" remarked Ashtyn. "Really lightens the mood." Mister Mouffan wiped another glass clean. "Why does it always seem like you're cleaning? There's no one here, but the glasses keep getting dirty. Happenstance prolly still looking for a drink, eh?" Mister Mouffan chuckled. "Thanks for that Mouf. I better be headed by now." He dropped a quarter into the tip jar, and walked off.

Ashtyn walked towards the stairs to get up to the library but decided against it. Already read the books twice over, he mused to himself. He walked over to the lounge and took and dozed off. The music calmed him, and the world went dark. The orange juice sat well on his stomach and he had nothing to worry about. Maybe the loneliness wasn't so bad.

A dapper, fedora-sporting chap and his bipedal, blue-furred companion enter, letting the doors slam.

"What does a gentleman have to do to get a shot of vegetable oil around here?"

Ashtyn's ears perk up. He hears a ruckus in the main room and decides to investigate. Leaving his slumber he gets off his comfy chair, takes a final swig of orange juice, and enters the room. Vegetable oil, eh? Ashtyn thought. Juice shots were the norm, but non-juice vegetable shots? Strange... "Oh," said Ashtyn tiredly. "Another traveler. What brings you 'round here?"

Jaguar watches a strange man ask for vegtable oil of all things. He chuckles to himself. He takes another swig of his strawberry drink staining part of his lower lip. He speaks up in a low British accent

"Not sure vegetable oil shots are normal around these parts"

Ashtyn sits down next to a young adult wielding sharp swords and large guns. His face is partially disfigured and foreboding. Ashtyn ordered a strawberry lemonade and sipped it. "You've got great taste. This stuff is pretty good." He looked up at the man. "What? I know I look weird, but where I come from, you're the weird looking one." Ashtyn's ears were perked and tail prone. He didn't trust this man, but he still wanted to make a friend.

Jaguar was surprised that this wolf-hybrid was sitting next to him. He had met hybrids before. But they were always scientific expirements.

"Well I don't like alcohol. So this is the next best thing."

Jaguar didn't trust this creature at all.

Leo noticed a wolf hybrid and was taken aback. He felt there was something odd about him.

"Greetings. Leo Adama of the Galactic PD. Pleasure to make your acquaintance."

"I'd agree," responded Ashtyn. "Alcohol isn't anywhere close to anything I like. But I could always get a fruit drink." He decided the man sitting next to him didn't want to talk much. It wasn't worth it to spark any more fire and he decided he would give a shot with the boy sitting next to him.

He looked important. Ashtyn wondered what would be a good conversation starter. He was seldom good at those. When he opened his mouth to speak, the boy opened his. "Thanks," Ashtyn said with a quiver. "So, you're from the police department, I assume? Are you on any special cases? That type of stuff is always interesting." Ashtyn sipped his juice until the last drop.

"interesting. They seem to be hostile but freindly. Hmm. If this is the future of hybrids. Its intriguing...." He thought to himself. He sipped the last bit of his strawberry lemonade and began eating the ice and strawberrie

While Leo was finishing sipping his drink, Ashtyn looked over at the man. He kind of resembled a tiger or something of that sort. What could possibly going on in that man's head? He has weapons and scars. Must've came from a darker place this mine. War, I presume? he thought to himself. Is this what had become of humans? War was typical, but has mistrust spread so far amongst them?

As Jaguar ordered another strawberry lemonade he noticed the wolf hybrid looking at him. The side of his mouth facing the wolf hybrid turned into a bit of a smile.

"I dont think they are a threat. Im still going to keep an eye on them.
