"Ah, look at old Dante here, strutting his skill. Put out your portable fans, boys, this is going to be a long one." Pieter said as he magically brought out a bucket of popcorn, a bag of fries and a soda each for his comrades as they sat back and watched.

"Infact, with all the things I've seen and done, I think we all need it, I'd say." Hermen said as he took out a pack of cigarettes and handed one to Pieter.

"Want some, you two?" He said, offering a couple to Barnard and Voormeulen.

"Nee, dankie, I'm not a smoker. You know the old saying; a doctor who can't look after himself has no right to look after himself." Voormeulen said in rejection. "But who am I to talk? I'm no proper doctor of healing, just a scientist with peculiar tastes."

"As for me, I brought my own." Barnard said as he pulled out a cigar with golden, sparkling tobacco and black paper wrapped around it and lit it with a match before smoking it. "Good ol' Honduran purity."

"Anyways... we'd love more people like you around here these days. All we've practically seen is suffering, but some of the fellas get a kick out of it, a fetish almost. I won't delve into that path though, for it has brung us much discord in the past." Pieter said.

May turned her head, and found Pieter standing there, talking. She glared at him out of the corner of her eyes. "I thought I killed that son of a bitch!" Her eyes glazed, fangs protruding, and she clenched her fists. Violet was directly in front of her, sitting on a barstool, watching the new conversations. Violet noticed her very... aggressive look. Violet primed herself. It would take a lot to stop May, but that was what she did. Violet flew off her seat, arms out, and pulled May to the ground. She whispered in her ear, glaring. "We're not having a repeat, got it?"

She then jumped up, dusted off her T-shirt, and smiled.

May got off the floor herself and sat down near Pieter. At her first moment of convenience, she tapped him. "How are you back?"

"And speaking of killing, it's fucking 37 degrees outside, I'm being cooked like an egg..." Alejandro, one of the new guards, said as a familiar-sounding tune slowly got louder as it parked right across the way from the saloon.

"Hey, amigos! Come here and get some ice-cream!" Eliah, the blood elf, now dressed in a pink shirt, a white cap and a white apron came out from the ice-cream truck. "We got at least 250 different flavours here, plus toppings, icecream sandwiches and gelato! Come on down, hermanos!"

It wasn't magic, that was keeping him hidden, it's something all rulers of low blood have, they let off a scent that when inhaled or is close enough enter the pores of the skin will effect someone.
Also if any robot, or machine lays eyes on one it has a similar effect through code. This'll fry any security cameras but just give the same effect it does to a human through AI, synths, ect.

Valentijn opened up the interior of Clarissa (in her new body) and started examining the body. It's just a computer, not a human body. It's all computer parts - ordinary transistors, resistors, RAM, ROM, processor... and some quantum computer bits and artificial neurons.

Her eyes glazed, fangs protruding, and she clenched her fists.

"Please, don't pull this shit again. Isn't it against your philosiphy now to kill people? You rid him once, it should be enough to satisfy you." Celaeno said.

May just ignored it. She really hadn't got that much better since that terrible time months ago. Though, people hadn't died by her hand yet that month. "Damn. She's really got this whole restaurant thing going. I'll buy." May motioned Violet towards her, and they both walked to the truck. Whispering to one another, they plopped down N$1000, and May leaned on the truck. "Whatever amount of chocolate this will buy us."

At the words 'ice cream truck' there was a loud, "Quack!" in the background. So Alphonse hadn't left after all. Funny how his hillbilly accent disappeared - 'wek' becoming 'quack' - at the pospect of ice cream. No doubt he'd be on his way outside to cadge a free lick. So what had happened to Fish? The General hoped he hadn't had a tragic encounter with the chip fryer, which would necessitate yet another secret replacement.

"Well, for one, our actual max supply of each flavour is 4 tons, the total you could spend on an entire supply of one flavour is $300. Plus, I gotta serve others, too, so you can't have the whole thing. I'll give you 1 ton, at most, because you're my best customer." Eliah explained. "Also, chocolate flavour is broad in my resteraunt. You want regular milk chocolate flavour, white chocolate, dark, chocolate chip, mint chocolate, ruby, or what?"

"Eliah, please, make this easy. Just let her choose for herself." Celaeno said. "I'll just have a rainbow swirl with a glowberry on top."

"Caramel with peanut for me." Alejandro ordered.

"Give me a double cone of banana flavour." Samuel said.

"Ah, another customer? Need something, comrade?" Eliah chuckled.
