HMS Duke of York: "What would you like?"

"I'm not really sure... I think I already had enough hot chocolate for the whole year yesterday, so not that.. Cream soda! I'm sure they have that."

Graag Brom wrote:"Erik, m'lady, Erik Septim-Dvorana at your service. I was hoping I'd find you here, seems my paternal grandmother somehow knew where you were. The fact she learned that from arguing at thin air aside... How well is that bracelet helping you out?" *He re-informed her happily, before then asking curiously as he took a sip of his drink.*

"Awesome to see you again!"

Not very formal, but you could tell it was sincere.

"I'd say it's helped a lot. Hard to tell what's just normal chance and what isn't, but I've certainly got out of more than one sticky situation."

Her ears swiveled inquisitively. "Arguing at thin air? What now?"

She rummaged through her cleavage and pulled out a fresh bottle, popping it with her fingernails.

HMS Duke of York: " 'ere."

This bit about writers didn't seem to be new information to Z. Perhaps being so oblivious let you see things like that.

"That would be wonderful. I'm not sure how much money I have with me, and the cost of things here isn't very consistent.."

*Erik blinked a bit and nodded to Z with a warm smile, staving off thinking about that existential crisis for now.*

"It's been good meeting and talking to you Emissary Twisse, but now I have some drinks to buy. Safe travels to ya." *He then said to Twisse with another slight bow in respect, and out of appreciation for the quite interesting if brief conversation they had, as he went to the bar.*

"Monsieur Mouffan... I would 100 drakes in Cream Soda for Sera Z in intervals of 120 fluid ounces per request and 100 drakes worth of whatever the Dunmeri-sounding lady wishes to drink in intervals as requested by her, please." *He ordered for them, noticing Z's earlier statement about how much hot chocolate she drank and figuring she has a khajiit-level sweetooth to deal with.*

*Mister Mouffan then nodded and quietly proceeded to start pouring three 40 fluid ounce mugs of cream soda. Recalculating Erik's surplus down to 300.*

"Thank you very much!"

She began to drink her soda, perhaps a bit faster than was polite.

She didn't seem to have witnessed where she had somehow got the soda.

"I'm a bit rusty but sure, common enough activity back home. By the way, never caught your name." *Erik replied standing up properly and getting to the area of the main room/bar with the most space, setting his backpack on a table and pulling out two practice swords of blunted iron from it. He proceeded to toss one of them to York, right after preparing his footing and how he's holding the blade in a defensive manner for the spar ahead.*

Rasputin glanced over. An impending bar-fight could be interesting, even if it turned out to simply be a measured one on one match. As he sipped his tea, the cigar in his mug-free hand continued trailing smoke. The swirling clouds briefly formed into a series of vague outlines - a sword, a shield... two hazy figures clashing. They were gone just as soon as they had appeared, and hadn't been particularly obvious even if anyone had been paying attention. Neither combatant was human - that much was clear. Exactly what each of them was... well, perhaps this scuffle could shed some light on such matters.

HMS Duke of York: "The name's HMS Duke of York. Call me Yorkie, if you're big sister King George V who's too lazy to call people by their name.... Anyways, let's spar. I have a blunt copy of my blade."
She pulled it out.
HMS Duke of York: "Let's spar!"
She entered a offensive stance.

An Lowbloodian soldier walks into the bar, a dark fog radiates from its armor and falls into its shadow. An unusual set seen by any ordinary soldier.

Taking a seat the knight orders a drink and pulls down some cloth that was covering its mouth as a voice was fairly noticeable tone indicating them as a man.

He taps on a phone and then the glass.
This was a legionary of Oni, resting for the most part but sadly his mind was not.

*Erik just as swiftly jumped back from the tornado of metal, actually strengthening his grip on his own sword and carefully stabbing at York at a specific angle he knew could very well disarm her while she's busy with this bout of fancy antics... Or worst-case scenario for her, in the spar, she may be suddenly hit in the ribs by a blunted iron sword.*

"How embarrassing." The legionary said as he watched the practice duel take place. He thought about how it could actually be useful to parry or even to just obscure the view if where the next strike would come, but to just let oneself be open to a jab such as that is always a letdown, and furthermore a joke.

"This sparing reminds me of Sun and Val many years ago. Perhaps they will learn from one another.
