Closing NS General

As you're aware, Max has taken steps to fix Nationstates. This is an ongoing process, and the site staff has determined we're ready to move on to the next corrective step. With the Liberal Discussion Zone and Conservative Discussion Zone subforums up and running, the old Nationstates General section is no longer necessary; in fact, it's now redundant and obsolete.

Starting now, NSG is being replaced with the aforementioned discussion zone forums. Remember to conduct yourself appropriately for the new sections. I mean it, this is completely serious business. Really!
