"Order, due to the unfortunate delay that was caused in the chamber this week due to the speaker change, we only have one bill up for vote, the Galatean Housing Authority Act. Voting will last for 24 hours.

With an unanimous vote, sub-section 4(e) will be amended to read, change underlined and striked:

'The board shall convene no less than once during their term. The role of the GHA Governing Board is to discuss, direct, debate, and vote upon those issues related to housing and the provisions of this Act. All provisions and regulations voted on as related to the GHA shall pass by a simple majority. The GHA governing board must provide and establish a process of public forums for the purposes of grievances, appeals, and recommendations, to occur at least once during their term. All meetings of the GHA Governing Board shall conform to all applicable open records and open meeting laws. The GHS Governing Board must create a yearly report and present for approval to the Senate of Galatea Minister of Public Services its budget and requests for funding or tax adjustments for its fiscal year.'"
