"Mister Speaker, let me preface my comment by saying that I bear no ill will towards the Prime Minister for his response's tone, but I would like to see something different in the future in terms of content.

As for the bill at hand, it is a good bill, with solid goals and execution alike. I am particularly happy to see the provisions for reducing food waste through donation to those in need, and while I hope that this can become an even larger part of our food cycle here in Galatea, this bill is definitely a good start. I will be voting in favor."

Subsection (a):
No one shall prohibit the donation of apparently wholesome and hygienic food products to food banks.

Subsection (c):
Government agencies and entities and businesses or individuals that contract with government agencies and entities to provide food shall be required to donate unused, apparently wholesome and hygienic, food products to a food bank.
