As I said before, can and will. I've already expressed my displeasure elsewhere about having to reestablish everything, especially given it just ends up being the same bills being done and the same things being repeated over and over.

That is something the government would have to discuss should such a time come.

Either way the bill gets written

Like, since when can you just ignore the rules and expect the Speaker to bring it up, even if the entire opposition co-sponsored it? I mean, it's a good bill, so I'd be inclined to support it if the appropriations where simply made as recommendations, rather than actual binding legislation. However, making them binding is a violation of GEA, which would prevent it from being considered.

Or, or you could try and follow the law that has been voted upon by the members of this RP? Why not send a PM to Ainin and ask him if he gives presidential consent instead of whining about it?

Literally could be used for the justification of every single NB post.

Also, we're getting off-track. Aside from the clear legal issue with the armed forces bill, I feel the bill is actually really well-made, though could use some extra definitions regarding the division structure (e.g. Army, Navy, Air Force, etc.) and the court martial system.

It's still under construction and the roles of each branch of the armed forces will be included, as well as the legal role of the military police, jurisdiction and the reestablishment of military bases, gunnery ranges and other property owned by the MoD.

Yes, you are whining about a law that has passed.

I am giving you the following three choices:
1. Repeal the part of the GEA that says that all money bills need President approval.
2. Talk to Ainin to get approval.
3. Accept the fact that your law can't be passed unless it has approval from Ainin.
