Huh, we have more female vampires than male ones too. Do you have an explanation for the gender ratio? Definitely interesting.

Our infantry helmets are equipped with voice changers that can make the user's voice deeper and thus more intimidating. They're usually activated when making threats, arrests, and when doing battle cries.

That's quite smart thinking, psych tactics are always an advantage in warfare and it especially helps to take your opponent's culture into account to have an extra advantage.

We also have helmets with voice changers but those are either removable modules or installed into issued MTF equipment. Additionally, we also sometimes issue masks that utilize Trypophobia in order to instill extreme discomfort. Though typically, those previously mentioned masks along with the factory installed voice changers are for Delta Forces. While we don't have any vampires, we do have divisions of our government dedicated to containing and researching such anomalous entities due to the fact we were once associated with [REDACTED]. To be fair, a majority of our nation (even including our government) consider them to be a waste of resources though there has been times where it's resulted in unexpectedly positive results so, in the spirit of scientific exploration (no matter how absurd or strange), we mostly let it slide. Mostly. We can't let pseudoscience and blatant ignorance rule us, can we?

Eh? Our secret police use that to make their voice sound the same and harder to tell who they are, so that they can live their personal lives without much worry. If someone is not intimidating enough, they just have to try harder.

Ours are actually in the form of headphones, however. It is cheaper and more budget-friendly, especially when you take into the consideration that only a handful of officers actually have them.

Then again, the name Oprichnina already scares the light out of people.

The Kremlin is a very empty palace...

In the first two months of the Revolution, the ducal court of Imperial Zitravia fled the country. This included nobility as well as servants and bureaucrats within the inner circle of Grand Duke Nikolai. The Grand Duke himself did not flee, but requested that his servants take his son and "the valuables of his ancestors" with them so that such treasures could not fall into the hand of the revolutionary. They mostly moved the artworks belonging to the Kozavian dynasty like painting, sculptures and other artifacts and left the Grand Duke with the bare minimum of furniture.

Once the revolutionary seized the Kremlin, they were somewhat surprised to see him in "an almost empty room with one desk, one chair and one bookcase". In a treaty that declared Zitravgrad as an independent state, the Kozavian Empire also requested "seizing the property of the Tsar" which meant that any valuables within the Kremlin Walls would be taken back to the Empire.

Once he had taken the Kremlin as his office, the Chairman would buy chairs from antique shops (both at home and abroad) because he felt "it would be an evil intention to sit on the chair of the ruler he overthrew". Nonetheless, the Chairman was gifted a painting of Fyodor K. Miroslavsky by the Grand Duke, along with his words of goodwill: "I am very much certain, my dear old friend, that your honorable ancestor, who had served Zitravia and the Empire with great diligence and devotion, must be rolling in his grave to know that his direct descendant has toppled the regime he so defended."

Sounds like the opposite of our palace!

Even way into the Universal Century, the M2 Browning still sees mainline service with both Zeon and the Federation due to it's rugged design and stopping power. As the saying goes, "if it ain't broke don't fix it". Though the primary reason is ground weapons development being stagnant since the formation of the Earth Federation.

'If it ain't broken don't fix it' is a dangerous ideology for the survival of any civilization, weapons included.

Even though the Administrator is trying to unify all of humanity's past culture into a singular monolith, what was once known as 'Western' and 'Indigenous New World' cultures is still stereotyped as backwards since their Fascist and Communist leaning populations in the 21st century are fearful of technological and scientific innovations, the right reject any psychology papers that isn't from someone that agree with their transphobic/homophobic opinions, and are fearful of anything that isn't "Organic" or "Keto" making it extremely hard for Terrans in the 24th century to consider Anglo, French, German, Zapatista, or Mayan culture as "Human" as "Human" is defined as "Intelligent, able to decipher facts and academic sources from opinions" according to the Technocracy's archive on the Human Species.

Well then bugger you all.
To discard cultures of such influence in global history is even more retarded than anything you cited there.

The very way vampires move is catlike, with silent steps, loping gaits, and the ability to jump and land effortlessly from place to place. Climbing is easy, and a falling vampire can usually twist their body around to land on their feet. As observed by various individuals, they can crouch low to the ground and bolt forward for an intense burst of speed.

These creatures are anatomically fascinating! If only we could ask some for volunteers for research purposes.

To add more: In our timeline, those cultures did stand against the Technocracy and are, in real life timeline as well, fearful of Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Genetic Engineering which played a role in their eventual subjugation and dehumanization by the East Asian-South Asian dominated Technocracy in the 2090s (Who also killed a lot of their own people to become technologically and socially progressive). Their population are less conservative (again, because the East literally execute anyone who isn't sucking up to academia) and less inclined to follow the "Science is a Social Construct without universal truth" narrative so common of Western far-lefts and far-rights (OOC: Not my actual view! Just thought it'd be an interesting story theme).

Also, Derrida and Foucault's graves were destroyed and whatever remains of them burned. They're only remembered in Terran history as 'fools' who created a 'dangerous ideology' t hat almost killed off humanity in the 21st century when people deny climate change.

Your population, on average, has better taste in music than do most populations.

In Snofjogur, you are only allowed to run for a position in government or vote for candidates for a certain position (e.g. representative of public healthcare) if you can prove you are knowledgeable in the area dealt with by that position (in the above example, medical doctor, nurse or other healthcare professional).

Seems reasonable.

Due to the zravvisk's many powerful abilities, many are inserted on getting their hands on a zravvisk to develop bioweapons. None have been successful so far since capturing and holding a creature with natural anti-tank weapons tends to be very difficult. Also most weapons needed to kill a zravvisk are powerful enough that they don't tend to leave much of a corpse behind.

At least the zravvisk are safe.

Giant sloths still exist in Atlantis, although they are classified as "critically endangered".

We hope great efforts are being made to preserve this species.

In Snofjogur, it is much more common for elevators, restaurants and hotel receptions to play heavy metal than for them to play any other kind of music, especially lounge music.

I like metal music myself, but I don't think it's fitting for those settings. Especially the idea of an elevator blasting Cannibal Corpse in my ear while I'm on my way to work seems stressful.
There's great calm and atmospheric (post) metal out there though.

Because of their blood drinking and pouncing-attack style hunting, vampires have a greater range of movement in their necks that allow them to look at things from many different angles and keep the movement without strain, like owls.

The founders of the original settlement in Robosia were basically robotic pirates. In fact, for a while the Robosia economy was only kept afloat by trade with, shall we say, “legally dubious” shipping merchants.

Machines make good criminals due to their lack of feelings (unless your robots do have feelings), so it makes sense.

The dichotomy between vampires and werewolves in our world is not just historical and cultural, but also tactical. While most vampires prefer to use their speed, agility, and/or skill in battle, werewolves prefer brute force. This doesn't mean the latter species isn't bright though, werewolves are sharp when it comes to teamwork and coordinated attacks.

Isn't this just basic knowledge about vampires and werewolves? Either way, the tactics aren't surprising to me at least.

Inheriting her position after the death of her mother as the eldest daughter, Dear Lady Kanina Phisher has maintained Kabzeelian cultural standards and encouraged policies that help the poor improve their livelihoods. She considers herself to be a socially progressive woman with Islamic beliefs and throughly believes in the Kabzeelian doctrine of royal socialism, i.e. "every woman a queen, every man a king."

In Knessniet, one can avoid brutal execution by volunteering for a penal battalion. This is pretty much suicide, as they are often used as distractions and cannon fodder, among other laborious and risky tasks. Even then, a magistrate can rule your suggestion invalid, and you'll get executed anyway.

Pre-Islamic, Achaemenid culture are an object of fascination and pride among Iranians as well as an integral part of Iranian nationalism in politics of OTL Iran. A culture which has been promoted since the Imperial era. This is in contrast with the Islamic Republic in real-life which are zealous in their Shia religion and are devout followers of Imams or religious figures such as Khomeini, Imam Reza and Ali ibn Abi Talib.

Devoted pretty heavily to pacifism, the Ostrovyan Militsiya, which acts as the police, is the only commonly-armed element of society. Civilian's gun rights can turn the country in to an impromptu hellhole to hold with almost everybody in possession of a rifle.

I'm inclined to disagree with that matter - making firearms illegal only decreases the number of shootings, it does not decrease violent crime. And there's always weapons trafficking and the black market; criminals will get their hands on firearms anyways (particularly strict anti-gun laws may make said criminals less inclined to use their guns, but they will still have them. Japan has strict anti-gun laws, but still has violent crime, and even the occasional shooting.) Any attempt to prevent criminals from getting their hands on weapons is doomed to fail, and does absolutely nothing to prevent violent crime.

In any event, only in a nation so dedicated to pacifism as your own would something like that truly work.

Necropolis has mandatory weapons ownership for civilians, to better allow them to form militias as needed, and so that everyone may have better experience with armament in the event of a draft. Though there are restrictions on what weapons can be owned by civilians, these weapons still include fully automatics, high caliber weapons, military grade pulsed lasers, electrolasers, explosives, and plasma swords (think flaming sword that works like a hot knife, not lightsaber.)

This has been fairly useful on some Necropolitan colonies which haven't been fully exterminated of life yet, as civilians have been able to protect their homesteads from alien lifeforms.

We have the same here.

In the center of each ship of the Armada is a shrine. It acts both as a memorial to all those that have served on the ship before and the spiritual center of the ship. Whether someone follow's the zravvisk's worship of ancestors or another religion, they do it at the shrine. The shrine-keepers that maintain them are also highly respected in our communities.
