Viksberg is a militarist and authoritarian nation, where the older people are respected. Due to these things, it's very common to see young people greeting the older people by saluting. To be fair, Pilarcraft, despite being almost 700 years old, has never had an Anthem. The Neo-Imperial Regime, during its 300 year reign, did have an anthem, but that was abandoned as soon as they were toppled. suggestions of making an anthem are starting to grow at this age, now that we're more in touch with everyone else.

I actually didn't realize Soleanna was from Sonic 06 until a while after I first saw it on NS.

Although vampires only make up a relatively small part of the global population, they make up about two thirds of Sitka's population. This is because most of the original settlers were vampires, fleeing from Russian persecution. Lymonian children often join the "Young LDF", something akin to the boy/girl scouts if it was ran fully by the military. They undergo similar training to the actual soldiers albeit no training in CQC skills. This is primarily to instill a sense of pride and honor within them while they are young, but there is a lesser talked about function; in times of extreme need they can be used to help deter the enemy. As unlikely it is for Lymonia to be invaded, especially to the degree where this option is considered, it is still nonetheless on the table. The ages of those that can join the ranks as children is between 5 to 15 since 16 is when they can serve their time early. Pishi is a member as is every potential child of any Chief of Staff of Lymonia and is doing well at the reloading and aiming aspects of her time there. Overall, the Overseers there think she may make a fine sniper one day. If you asked the average Lymonian how they felt about this they would respond with general positivism, although they personally would rather be indoors doing something like watching anime. Our Chief commanders of the military regularly visit and provide guidance to the young folk and always make an appearance at the "YLDF Supra meeting" where all of the divisions of the children meet up in New Spleenpol and party it up and get honors and such matters. Joining is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. Adults can serve as Overseers if they have obtained the equivalent rank of staff sergeant or above.
