In R1, the Gog, like in real life, have claws and a tail with a hairy tuft at the end, akin to a lion. However, unlike in real life, the Gog of R1 is the same size as a human, with immense strength and durability, as well as a healing factor. Like in Shia belief, the Gog of R1 aren't descended from humans either. The design of the Gog in R1 was inspired by the Czarnians of the DC universe.
So far, only one Gog character exists, a villain whose name is unpronounceable to humans and instead goes by the pseudonym Scourge. He dresses like the stereotypical biker, and he rides a hoverbike. His weapon of choice is the chain, with techniques referencing old school rock music, including, but not limited to, the band Guns n' Roses and their songs. It is unknown how he escaped the wall built by Dzulqarnain or how he got his equipment.
OOC opinion: You've only got one of these Gog things, therefore he's unable to reproduce and the species dies with him. You also walled him despite having the intelligence of a human being. No wonder he has the shits with you
Due to Covid-19, Freelandia has run out of funds for snow removal. The communities of Freelandia which recieve snow are few and far between, however, they're all snowed in, and the government can't afford to remove the snow. Most of the country doesn't recieve snow, but due to international sanctions placed against Freelandia for human rights abuses, no body wants to help Freelandia, and thus, Freelandia can't afford to remove snow from the communities which are snowed in. The rich can afford their own snow removal, but the poor are snowed in. At the height of the problem, the total number of people who were snowed was 25,000 approx. 0.1% of the nation's population. The government has declared a national emergency, but naturally, the government has heavily censored everything about the incident to ensure that the general Freelandian public and foreign media organisations don't find out about it. The government was considering deploying the military to shovel them out, but was worried it would take too long and by the time the shovelling had ended, more snow would have accumulated
