Just repeating a fact: On 29 December 2017, President Amir Khatami's administration recognized Israel capital as Jerusalem and they had moved their embassy there from Tel Aviv. This saw a significant protest by Shia pluralist cleric, Prime Minister Mehdi Karroubi and large numbers of his ministers, MPs and advisors who expressed sympathy and solidarity towards Palestine. In many Middle Eastern cities, large demonstrations occurred and they burned many Persagonian flags and portraits of him. Some Persagonian embassies were also razed to the ground or were closed temporarily. Most of the people of the Arab World considered the move as a betrayal to their Muslim brothers while Persagonians back at home generally supported the move.

Yugāi begin on the coronation of the monarch in line for the throne and ends when they die.
Yugāi can last anywhere from 15 to 300 years.
The former Yugāi, the Deshipoina Yugāi, began on Deshipoina L’aderei's coronation on the 17th of March, 1913. It ended on 25th of July, 2017. Her Majesty Akeldama I was crowned on 2nd of August, 2017, starting the Akel Yugāi.
The current year is Akel 1, and after the new year it shall be Akel 2.

During the "anarchy days" some years before Zitravgrad gained independence, duels to the death were widespread despite being illegal. The main reasons of such duels were usually something that could have been dealt with by laws if laws were still working, like stealing. Rules simply didn't exist apart from that there had to be witnesses and only one specific kind of weapon. Then again, one could still be cheating. There used to be a case of a sabre duel ending up in one of the duelers pulling out a hidden dagger after his sabre had been taken from his hand. He reportedly stabbed his opponent over 15 times, claiming that the other man had "injured his wife's dignity" (a polite way of saying molestation).

By coincidence, when the 1943 coup happened the Italian king had been quietly scheming overthrowing Mussolini as well. So when they received news of the event the Italian plotters hastened their own efforts, especially with the German power struggle reaching the Alps. As such by the end of summer both of the great European axis members surrendered to the Allies.
