That's mainly why they never gain many seats, they are constantly fighting within themselves. The party was born after an attempt to revive the remnants of the old historical Communist Party, but achieved meager results.

The nationalist United People has demanded the government to make it easier to deport refugees who commit serious crimes. Out of the governing parties, the Social Democrats and the Republicans have showed their support for this proposition, while the socialist FPDL opposes it.
