Social Democratic Party.

Some of our parties

Liberal Party - one of the two major parties, and currently the larger one. It's considered "right-wing" by Antarctic standards, but it is in fact a center-leftist social democratic capitalist party.

Labor Party - The other major party, and the smaller one. It's considered "left-wing" by Antarctic standards, and its members advocate anything from more tightly-restricted capitalism to all-out communism.

Green Party - This is an environmentalist watchdog party which will often side with one of the major parties to protect the environment, although it will sometimes reject both parties' proposals if it feels they do not go far enough in this matter.

Komeito - This is also a watchdog party, this time for the cause of civil libertarianism, open borders, and integrity in government. It often approaches issues the same way the Green Party does, but to protect civil rights, political freedoms, freedom of movement, and government accountability.

Innovation Party - An advocacy party which supports more government subsidization of the IT industry.

Future Party - Another advocacy party, this time prioritizing government funding for education and sometimes advocating changes to the education system that it thinks will make education more effective.

I'd be a sequestered lunatic, living in a cabin and voting for a fringe group, from what I see here.

I would support the Christian Democratic resistance.

Favours creative dissent in the party, social and political freedoms, and a strong & quiet work ethic. Strongly favours morality regardless of the individual’s status in life, as proven by the execution of predecessor. Supporter of the common man. Not as authoritarian as the official opposition, but voting has been made compulsory with execution by guillotine for those that do not comply; has helped to end centuries long political apathy. Encourages international socialist revolution. Created party-list proportional representation electoral system with open lists. Non-believers of secular humanism are burned on pyre of books by religious police. Ended high seas piracy. Favours forfeiture. Allows teachers to paddle unruly students. Okay with overseas study at private schools. In favour of the biological WMD weapons program created by predecessor. Currently in a coalition with Death to the State.

Brutus-Splinter Coalition – official opposition led by Nomfundo Brutus and Deputy Leader Erin Splinter.
Authoritarian to the point that only thing voters can do in life is vote timidly. Favours creative uniformity in the party. Opposed to disappearances at the hand of the government, and favours the death penalty. For welfare funding and opposed to the centuries long social Darwinist policy of absence of social welfare. Supportive of the arms industry. Encourages conflict abroad in other countries. Created weekly general elections, and beauty pageants for party nominations for such electoral races. Created shorter 35hr workweek, but also abolished retirement shortly thereafter. Strong funder of education. Colonialist. Atheists are heavily taxed. Not as obsessed with morality. Believe that police should only be for security at the President’s residence. Encourages betrayals for exchange for housing in apartments. Protector of witches and women accused of witchcraft, but women must listen to men & father can sell daughters to whomever. Agree with predecessor of gave dragons full citizenship, which led to creation of the Dragon Supremacy Party. In favour of the biological WMD weapons program created by predecessor. Would like to introduce whippings in Parliament.

Progressive Traditionalists – centre-left establishment party

Liberal Conservatives –centre-right, equivalent of red tories in the UK system. Establishment party. Was open to coalition with the Von Straaten Coalition Party, but was rebuffed.

Death to the State – Led by Alejandro Harper (who serves as the country’s Vice President) and Deputy Leader Alejandro Fox, a belligerent & extremist fringe party comprised of populist anarcho-communists that opposes the bureaucracy, the national census, international trade, and the existence of the state in general. Despised by all other parties. All members are tattooed even though tattoos are currently illegal in the country. Currently in a coalition with the Von Straaten Coalition.

The Marxist Alliance for the Advancement of Agrarian Libertarianism – agricultural small government party comprised mostly by farmers and rural people.

Dragon Supremacy – dragon exclusive party that focuses solely on dragon issues, primarily at preventing being listed as extinct.

Green – environmental, conservationist & agricultural party

People’s Democratic – left wing, never wins any seats due to stigma from a very terrible leader over 300 years ago

Infinite Power Party – believe in long presidential terms. Only military veterans and ultranationalists support the party. Current have no seats in Parliament.

National (defunct) – interventionists in favor of worldwide revolution, greatly authoritarian and strive for everything from schools to the economy to religion to be under government control. Hasn’t been relevant in 300 years as it is defunct, but has been known to receive votes by protestors that spoil their ballots by writing the party’s name.

Independent – individuals not affiliated with any parties.

None of the Above - no one listed on the ballot is suitable
