”I can’t either!” Gikochinai was, indeed, familiar with the impulse to do such things. It had effectively always been a part of her. She was distracted by other events going on around her for a moment. People seemed to like threatening or resorting to violence in the Saloon. Was that a common thing? Or was it just that she was unlucky enough to witness most of it? For now, as long as nobody got too hurt, it wasn’t that important. She had to focus on other things.

The knight could be seen keeping a close eye on the matter, with his hand on his blade ready to step in at any moment.

May released her from the hug. Then she noticed Jim. That scum who constantly bugged her wherever she went. All the time. They kept trying to banish him, but he kept coming back again and again. It was just him. There was so much violence in the bar, "Look, I don't want to hurt him. But I have to stop that man from coming. I'll think of something else." May replies.

He's damn lucky Akas stepped in for him. Otherwise his pants would have had a bullet hole." She went back to staring at Giko.

Her love was in a bizarre paradoxical state. One where it was effectively unbounded, as she seemingly lacked embarrassment, but also one lacking in perversion. It was a genuine, extreme and all-encompassing kind of love. She didn’t really understand people who behaved in the way this man apparently did. They didn’t seem to care, but they didn’t seem like they were faking it either. They seemed to love lots of people, but didn’t seem to care. It just made no sense in her mind. Yet they still existed nonetheless.

"It has been awhile since I've bitten his kind." It replied with a deep tone, all the shadows in the saloon bend towards it's intruder, shadow creatures rising out of the umbral, they drag the man under a table once again.

If her were to survive he'd pretty much be stuck in limbo until another branded finds him, people have survived in the odd lands.
