”You seems to thinking a lot about it! That’s good though! Thinking is good!” She hesitated for a moment when considering the offer. It would be mean to decline, but she wasn’t one for drinking most of the time. ”Not usually! But I guess I can try this time! I might get a bit weird though!”

She then turned to face Kairi. ”I know some people can be bad! And I know it’s a bad idea to do nothing against them! I don’t think you should do nothing. But I still can’t truly hate them! I think that if I give up on them, how will they not give up on themselves? Sometimes all you need to do is not give up! I know it doesn’t always work! I don’t like people dying. So I’ll choose to protect people and save a thousand lives over just one! But I won’t give up on any of those lives, because I love all of them.”

What if you get stepped on and pushed aside later on, or rather just get used as a scapegoat?" Kairi asked as she inches closer with every question.

May's smiled widened. "I do weird." Her face partially melted away into the cyborg version, and changed back into skin. "What do you like?" She cocked her head towards the barkeep, and out N$D 10 on the table.

That jogged Noel's memory of the Afrikaaner experiments that he killed and he developed an uncomfortable expression.

May continued to stare at this odd, odd lady. She just finished a cocktail like it was a carton of juice. People would brag about their classy cocktail sipping, but Gikochinai had it down. May picked Gikochinai up as she fell, and lifted her into a chair. "Have you ever had alcohol, before? You feel dizzy and weird as it goes down. You feel odder as you drink more. Then, you'll sleep if you drink too much." She laughed, and her guards tensed up.

”I don’t usually drink! So I’m not really used to it! I’ve seen some people do it before! But never did it myself!” Somehow, she was speaking even faster than usual. She felt rather weird, a little unbalanced. ”It’s really weird! It’s...really weird!” She couldn’t think of any other way to describe it.

May mentally put her head in her hands. "We're going for a wild ride. She capped the beer and drank. "You seem, rushed, you know? A little... off-kilter. Seems like you need to give those drinks some time to process. I mean, it's good you're trying something new, but don't overdo it." Her smile became a strained, nervous one, hoping he wouldn't have to step in.

”I’ve never really killed for-“ Gikochinai had tried to stand, but fell right back into the chair. ”Sorry! I was going to say I’ve never killed for fun! Because I don’t find that fun! And I love everyone so anyone dying is bad for me!”

She then have May a smile. ”Don’t worry! I’m fine! Wow! I’ve heard people who drink a lot say whatever comes to mind! But I do that anyway! So it shouldn’t matter, right!? Sorry! I should probably be calmer. But I have so much energy! Except not! Except yes! It’s weird! You’re cute you know! So is everyone! Am I? To me I am! I think! I don’t know! Is that fair? I don’t know! Sorry! Now I’m just thinking of random things!”

May filled her stomach with beer, looking up. "You... wow. If they ran a town on you It'd be a perpetual motion machine. I mean, it's alright to say what comes to your mind. As long as you're you." May blushed a slight bit at Gikochinai's words, looking a little further down. "Hey, you're not too bad yourself. Anyway, it's alright. I guess you could be cute to yourself." She chuckled a little bit, still a nervous chuckle.

"It was ritual sacrifice, but then I learned my god was nothing but a mass murderer." She laughs "My dreams were just shattered but it was really the first time I ever felt that feeling, I wasn't use to it. Sometimes I miss it, happy to be sad."

It’s kind of sad. That kind of happened to me, too! But it wasn’t really ritual sacrifice or anything! It was just bad things! And I was a goddess once too! But I made people do bad things! But now I don’t!” It was only because of the alcohol that she hadn’t gotten rather dark about the topic.

May sort of half-smiled, hearing what she was saying to Kairi. She remembered her own time as the deity. As the one people worshiped. But not anymore. "It is dizzying. Very, very dizzying. You should probably sit down, yea." She put her in a chair.
