For this purpose, the armoured shell that encased her contained more sensory input devices than the average Eriaroon land traversal casing. The device was effectively a sphere, four large legs even spaced out, protruding form the shell's plating. On either side of each leg was a mechanic tendril, totalling eight of these lesser limbs on the machine. These were utilised for tactile input, manipulating objects, and for enhancing stability.

Azhula was incapable of perceiving colours. Nonetheless, the holographic display within the casing, along with all of the data readouts displayed on the interior of the armour, were sufficient to provide her with immense amounts of information as she drifted within the water that kept her alive. Like all Eriaroons, she was aquatic and needed high pressure water surrounding her to survive.

Witnessing several national rulers before her, Azhula initiated standard diplomatic protocol. Her intention was to gather as much information as she could. Therefore, a polite greeting was appropriate for the situation. Inside the shell, her tendrils didn't move as they normally would when she spoke Eriaroon Amalgamated Language- they were needed to operate the machine's limbs. However, her pores still pulsated to expel water in particular patterns, and the bioluminescent cyan on her skin lit up as normal, though nobody outside could see this.

The joint-mind within the machine- an artificially engineered brain, capable of processing information like a computer, in effect- processed the data and began to activate translation, though data Azhula had gathered indicated her "speech" would be made comprehensible by the location itself regardless.
