Godmodding in this instance is making up something ICly, in this case that bail was posted. Atlantica as judge never posted bail. You're still in jail. This RP does in fact have rules, whether or not you choose to follow them.

Disclaimer: This decision was made by the NSG Senate Administrators and is solely relevant to this roleplay and its threads. It does not necessarily reflect the opinions of NS Administration.

ooc: Please produce the entirety of the Fernao criminal and civil codes with timestamps showing that they were posted on NS prior to the start of this roleplay so that I can adequately roleplay the grueling process of my character's release from jail. Or, can't we just assume that whatever bail is assessed, my character has the means to pay it and did and we move on to less bizarroworld RPing where we need not account for each petty floret of the dandelion and goddamn windspeeds. Sheesh.

A memo signed by Vienna Eliot in a frustrated scrawl is delivered to the President of the Senate. It reads simply: The President designates Senator Elsinore Ophelia-Eliot as Majority Leader.

At the same time, an aide whispers something into Ophelia-Eliot's ear. She nods and rises, walking to the well of the chamber.

"Madam President, it is disappointing that this body has placed its faith in you only for you to spit in the face of the multipartisanism our nation has worked so hard to craft. Nevertheless, the people will not tolerate a return to the obstructionism of days old. I move to proceed to the first reading of the Senate Rules Resolution. Further, I ask unanimous consent that a Committee of the Whole be appointed for the consideration of the President's nominees for his cabinet."
