"Mister president, I think the honorable gentleman knows exactly what 'regular order' means. I say enough with this RGA caused mayhem; it is time for Senator Viel and his band of rapacious usurpers, to accept the defeat that the RGA has been handed at the ballot box and allow this august body, and the senators rightly elected by the citizens of this nation, to move on with the ordinary and proper business of this body. That is to say, the business which the President of the Senate, when acting under the standing rules of the Senate and under the advice of the Majority and Minority leaders, deems fitting and appropriate."

Viel guffawed. "Mr. President, it appears may rather innocuous statement regarding procedure has upset the honourable Senator Durand. It simply remains evidently clear that when the Civic Union wins an election, they take the Trumpian route to shove it into everyone's faces the fact that they won, and bring it up in the, and I am quoting Senator Durand here, most 'absurd' of circumstances. Rather unfortunate, really, Mr. President. The people of Fernão truly deserve better."

"My point stands, Mr. President, since with so many procedural matters currently at work right now, I wish to know how the Majority Leader wants them to be addressed by returning to 'regular order.'"

Bell is outraged. "What do you keep talking about?!" he mutters under his breath. "No order is being impeded! And for God's sake, do you even know the gender of your party leader's gender?!" He looks around to make sure the President didn't hear him this time.

Durand chuckled. " Mister president, I find Senator Viel's obsession with the word 'absurd' particularly hilarious, and since we are drawing parallels between this nation and the United States, I can't fail to mention Secretary Clinton's equally hilarious non-slogan 'Trumped up, trickle down'. Though I believe these ad hominem attacks, both from Senator Viel and myself, are in good faith, I must wonder if they are truly expedient to the work of this body. "
