Senator Brown felt disgusted at the actions of his colleagues and after checking his books for supporting procedure decided to call for action against them.

"Mr President, due to the break in procedure by Senator Viel by having a non-senatorial speaker speak on his behalf, the injuries sustained to that speaker caused by his acts and his inaction to seek support for the injured party, I am calling for an emergency motion to condemn Senator Viel and suspend him from the chamber until the end of this executive session, to be put in front of a disciplinary hearing. I am also calling for a warning to be issued to Senator Bell for appearing to attempt to break standard chamber procedure and health and safety standards."
