After closer research, a significant Jewish population in G-stan is unlikely. That said there may well be upwards of tens of thousands of Jews in G-stan if people want there to be (in the other category) but ethnically there are few ashkenazi and sephardic peoples in the Balkans.

I want to go ahead and propose this. The Tsunami was a good event in Fernao and putting a schedule for random events would be good in my opinion.
