Pursuant to §1c of the Wartime Anthem Act, Advance Elizia Fair shall be performed on loudspeakers throughout the Federal Capital District of the Democratic People's Republic of Elizia.
The Federal Government instructs the Provincial Governments of Elizia to execute their executive power to implement §1c of the Wartime Anthem Act as soon as possible.
