"Yes, well, they do only require only the consent of the sponsors. Them moving to amend their amendment is perfectly fine, however, so long as the sponsors do not object. But I don't understand what the Hon. Member wants from the second point. A constitutional amendment cannot be more clearly stated in the title than having the words "Constitutional" and "Amendment" in them."
"If he is referring to why this bill took precedence, it amends more than five articles in the Constitution and as such takes immediate precedence."
