I fear the Australian model may be out of our price range, so to speak. The Kerala model is designed for low-income nations like ourselves.

I agree. Even with our lack of credit, implementing universal primary care is a realistic goal and would take a tremendous burden off of Elizian families. However, I would suggest that the act be worded as to empower each state to tailor each program to its needs rather than a national system.

I disagree. We need a national program so that conservatives in one province don't get to hijack the system and under-fund it for their people.

Our nation must adhere to Eastern Daylight Time. Not Eastern Standard Time, Eastern Daylight Time... for the next few months, then we should change to EST.

I have nothing but opposition to Presidentialism and this proposed draft. Our nation has fought so hard to be free of strongmen, and in light of this we simply must become either a parliamentary, semi-presidential or (by far my personal favorite) directorial republic; we simply cannot vest so much power in the hands of one in light of our recent history.
