If she tries to return, I will not recognize any of her RP and will demand her vote be discounted at any point. The Admins have absolutely no leg to stand on in this shit and she should be permanently barred from participation.

The fact that she hasn't yet not withstanding, if she tries to return and is not immediately shown the door then we probably need an entirely new admin team.

I find a directorial republic to very very stupid. It'll turn out the way committees did in Dagmar. It is going to blow up in our face and the whole RP will be ruined. Presidental democracy is something that we can manage as it is something we are accustomed to. Directorial republics are outside of our scope and ability and will ruin this roleplay for the same reasons committees did. If you choose to do a directoral republic and it blows up, then I'll be there to tell you that I told you so.
