First, I'd like to reiterate the need for this. If there is anything a member can do in regards to recruitment, it'll be appreciated.

Second, if members have any queries, whether regarding policies and legislation or something else, they are encouraged to put the forward here and discuss them. Actually, we are hardly so active that idle gossip needs to be discouraged, so feel free to chat about anything here. On a related note, I know some of us chat on IRC, though there is the timezone problem. So, it would be good if those who use it could point out when they are most likely to be on the IRC.

I'm not sure quite what the content of that would be but you can use the coffee shop to find templates from other bills.
