Stormaen wrote:^ I like it.

About that King though: NPC, admin or would someone else be that role? (Like how past models elected a president.)

Admin again, I'd think. However, It'd be a bit more interesting if they played a more involved role than the King of Dagmar, instead of just showing up to make a government every once in a while.

Yeah, I would like that too. Admins gotta give us more RP material to feed on, like what happened in Calaverde.

Ok, if I'm not horribly mistaken, there are three proposals.

Elizia, by Ainin (google doc with full proposal as well)
Ephiria, by Ikania
Eravata, by Merizoc

I've listed them in alphabetical order. We will have 48 hours of focused debate on each of the proposals, in order, then a final 24 hours of general discussion. That means in one week (or realistically for me, one week plus 12 hours), we will begin voting on these proposals. The voting method will be IRV, as usual, where you can rank as many of the options as you want. The vote will last for 48 hours.

During the next week, this thread may also be used for proposing changes to the roleplay as a whole, as we did before Calaverde. Proposals must be worded formally, e.g.: Resolved: The head admin will nominate candidates for empty administrator spots, and the members of the roleplay will vote, by simple majority, whether to confirm or deny the candidate. <-- this specific procedure was adopted before Calaverde started, for reference.

Proposals on the RP as a whole will be discussed and voted on after the country is voted on, moving simultaneously with country development and the setting up of parties, etcetera. After proposals are voted on (most likely about two weeks from now), we will be underway. The big threads will open and, if appropriate, we'll set a date for elections.

If any of that sounds bad, or on the wrong timeframe, or something, just let me know and we'll talk about changing it.

Also, I forgot something! There is one admin spot available for sure, and potentially more depending on how many of the current admins stick around. If you'd like to nominate someone, please TG my puppet Grazak. Self-nominations will not be considered.

I've edited the second-to-last post I've made, as I couldn't quite remember who had resigned or not. I've TG'd the others and will see how many spots will be open.

Technically speaking couldn't someone else submit it if they wanted to? I'm not a big fan of it, but it'd be a shame if people couldn't vote for a proposal they preferred above all others.
