Education is a priority over everything else. If one's society cannot churn out educated, self aware, innovative and creative individuals through their education system, then that society by all means has failed it's duty to its members.

Education is to be independent from the biases of the parent, family, inheritance, and clan... as well as be independent from the political agendas of the state. This requires the education system to be, in essence, a fine institution to nurture the minds of the young and unlock their creative potentials.

Another point of note, educators are to be held with the utmost respect, within reason of course, for any great education system shows respect to the educator... not the dotting naive parent or the self-serving bureaucrat.
