Yes, there can be minor talkings here, but it should be about the various clips of art and small talk. Otherwise, what was before was not small talk.

There was also more art, which is what we need right now. This area will be for the artists, and hopefully with an established few we can attract more. Otherwise, I really needed to bring a sense of control to all that.
