Point of parliamentary enquiry, doesn't appointed PM have presumption of confidence unless someone alledges they dont? I thought I drafted an amendment to that effect.

They do have presumption of confidence, yes. But it is practice to ask them, and Ms. Malgrave says she cannot demonstrate it. If you wish to eliminate that altogether, Mr. Fantom, I recommend you write another amendment which explicitly does so.
