Per the bill, "a quorum call must be initiated, in which fifteen (15) Members of Parliament respond to the question, "Are fifteen able Members of Parliament present?", asked by the chair, to which members respond, 'Present and able.'" Neither of us have responded, so we don't count. I haven't done so because I am moderating this call, and I feel it would be improper. Mr. Cortez may have his own reasons.
