Ms Zhang is right, this bill is not a government bill (to the best of my knowledge), nor a bill nominated by the Official Opposition and therefore should be behind all other Private Members Bills.

Kenneth rolled his eyes and wished he had a glass mug of apple cider. Apple cider always calmed him down, and a glass mug did wonders to the back of a head of a fool.

Ms Zhang is right, this bill is not a government bill (to the best of my knowledge), nor a bill nominated by the Official Opposition and therefore should be behind all other Private Members Bills.

"Expansion is the way to go for Calverde, and we must not let the Adrians succeed in their independence reforms. They are a Province of Calverde. And, that is what they should remain as a province. This bill damages the capability of the Executive Branch of government, in a time where militant Adrians are threatening the territorial integrity of the Empire. Now is a time when the Executive branch of government should be stronger not weaker.

"That is my point exactly the Executive Branch has far too little power, before they are being threatened by the laws of the judicial branch. They should be handed more power. If they were given more power earlier the events in Adrius would not be happening. We would not be negotiating with terrorists who threaten the territorial integrity of Calverde. If provinces have been created the terrorists would have been stamped down, before they even had a chance to gain power. For too long we have been negotiating with terrorists, and it is time we should be using force to fight them."

Adrius isn't under the control of militants, they've set up their own democracy. Ever heard of a democracy? We've got enough space to fit our population, and we shouldn't be forcibly taking land away from different countries that- No, I'm done, I can't take myself seriously."

He laughs while taking a seat, and continues to chuckle for five minutes while everyone else ignores him.

Moving on, this amendment fixes many of the the errors found in the GEA, and I would hope it receives near unanimous support, because everyone and their mother seems to have an issue with the bill."
