OOC: Last I checked, it was 60% Spanish, 20% Dutch, 10-15% English and 5-10% French. If not, I guess the Dutch are a smaller minority than I thought they were.

The Dutch are actually supposed the be the smallest. The order is supposed to be Spanish, English, French, Dutch, Portuguese.
