Senator Shadak makes a phone call and two gentlemen, in full face paint making them indistinguishable enter the chamber stating "we would like to second the motion currently before you mister speaker". As soon as they took a seat to surprised group of MPs, Shadak spoke up "speaker given that we don't know identity of these two individuals perhaps we can have continuance until such time that we are able to ascertain if they are members of this chamber."

Those are not my friends; I was on the phone to my staff records of which I am willing to provide to you but if these two gentlemen are not members of this chamber, I do encourage them to leave.

"Mr Shadak you should not be on your phone during debate. It is rude and disorderly and if it happens again inside this chamber I will treat it as such. If you want to make a call please step outside the chamber to do it in future. That goes for everybody. Thank You."

A couple of the parliamentary police stepped forward to escort the two men out.

Due to the strict requirements placed on private schools to act like public schools, including the prohibition on mandatory religion classes and on non-coed colleges, Senator Aarón Ortiz votes NAY to this flawed bill.

Henrico is dismayed by the support of private schooling that this government has shown. He, however, realizes that this bill does more good than harm.
