Harrison Bross rushed into the room and hurried into his seat, just now realising he had missed much of his first day as a senetor. He asked the person next to him,

"Hey, did I miss anything?"

The senator replied "Yeah, were voting for Boris Johnson as senate speaker"

Harrison quickly yelled out his vote

Henrico gingerly opens the door to the chamber, and squeezes through the crack at the slightest hint of a squeak. As many members of the parliament turn and look at him curiously, he smiles meekly and shuffles to his desk. He waves to the fellow independents seated around him with a sense of unflappable dignity that is sorely lacking in conviction.

He clears his throat and stands. "I vote NAY to the appointment of Senator Boris."

After a momentary silence in the Chamber, Senator Garnadini stands up and begins to speak firmly. "It comes to my knowledge that our Parliament is proposing an abortion law? Indeed, well, I wish to put in my suggestion for a change to the Bill. And I quote,"

Atlanticatia wrote:d) Abortion shall be available unconditionally, and on demand.

"I amend that we alter this so that abortion is prohibited after 24 weeks, which is the minimum age for the fetus to be rendered viable. Exemptions will be made for cases of incest, rape, and the possibility of death or serious harm to the mother."

Henrico turns slightly and glances at the Traditionalists, to determine if they agree to his argument.

Nay on Johnson to show Dejanic that you don't have to be a left wing obstructionist to not vote for a party member.
