That's a good point, actually. This could be handled ICly and present a bit of an issue for the government to deal with.
EDIT: But admins are the Supreme Court according to the NJA. We could still do an IC ruling from that position if people like.

It's a lot of things but it's not a legitimate government and the activities will be broken up by the police and those who have broken laws will be charged.
