Actually Parliament did when they passed the NJA.

Except for all the senators who voted no, which wasn't a consent at all.

Such is democracy.

So are you going to vote aye or are you going to continue to support marriage being defined as between one man and one woman?

So when did English Common Law establish that gay marriage was forbidden?

Do the precedents still apply to Calaverde? I'd be hard pressed to believe so.

So yes, this bill is needed to enable the marriage of same sex and other non traditional couples.

I wasn't aware that if we voted nay on a bill, and it still passed, we could completely ignore it.

Basically, members of the FCP are ignoring their own platform.

That's what we figure from this.

De jure they do, but if someone actually challenges their legality in court they'd be thrown out of court in a heartbeat.

I'd like to reiterate this party's support for absolute free speech as a fundamental libertarian value.

I am with you on that.

Edit: I will be working most of day, seeing as I am on here a lot. Got to serve the Irish and non-Irish folks. Happy Saint Patrick's Day.

But that's how they operate. They don't respect others' property when it comes to legislation, so why would they respect their opponents' threads?

This has been on my mind for a while now. I am trying to figure out what kind of right-wing Libertarian I am. Don't worry people, I won't give up being a Libertarian. Perhaps I am trying to redefine what a more "logical" Libertarian would be in today's world. Am I still radical? Of course, just a different kind.

There will be an upcoming conference for the Azul Coalition that will discuss a new reform platform, leadership, and organization. Three delegates from the conference will be attending. As Parliamentary Leader, I will be going. Anyone else?

If you don't get caught, sure why not? However, if we find so bent back fingers, I going to have to break your knuckles.
